Common use of Purpose of Amendment Clause in Contracts

Purpose of Amendment. This Amendment shall constitute the first amendment to the Original Agreement between City and Contractor which was duly executed on the 4th day of April 2017 for contractor to provide professional preventive maintenance and service on facility elevator equipment owned by the City of Laramie. In consideration of the matters described above, and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Contract, the parties agree as follows:

Purpose of Amendment. This Amendment shall constitute the first amendment to the Original Agreement between City and Contractor which was duly executed on the 4th 3rd day of April 2017 June, 2014 for contractor to provide professional preventive maintenance electrical repair and service installation services on facility elevator equipment electrical systems owned by the City of Laramie. In consideration of the matters described above, and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Contract, the parties agree as follows:

Purpose of Amendment. This Amendment shall constitute the first second amendment to the Original Agreement between City and Contractor which was duly executed on the 4th 7th day of April February 2017 for contractor to provide professional preventive maintenance and service on facility elevator fire alarm and suppression equipment owned by the City of Laramie. In consideration of the matters described above, and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Contract, the parties agree as follows:

This Amendment shall constitute the first second amendment to the Original Agreement between City and Contractor which was duly executed on the 4th 3rd day of April 2017 June 2014 for contractor to provide professional preventive maintenance electrical repair and service installation services on facility elevator equipment electrical systems owned by the City of Laramie. In consideration of the matters described above, and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Contract, the parties agree as follows:

Purpose of Amendment. This Amendment shall constitute the first second amendment to the Original Agreement between City and Contractor which was duly executed on the 4th 5th day of April 2017 2016 for contractor to provide professional preventive maintenance plumbing repair and service installation services on facility elevator equipment plumbing systems owned by the City of Laramie. In consideration of the matters described above, and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Contract, the parties agree as follows:
