Common use of Purpose of Amendment Clause in Contracts

Purpose of Amendment. This Amendment shall constitute the second amendment to the Original Agreement between City and Contractor which was duly executed on the 5th day of April 2016 for contractor to provide professional plumbing repair and installation services on facility plumbing systems owned by the City of Laramie. In consideration of the matters described above, and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Contract, the parties agree as follows:

Purpose of Amendment. This Amendment shall constitute the second first amendment to the Original Agreement between City and Contractor which was duly executed on the 5th 3rd day of April 2016 June, 2014 for contractor to provide professional plumbing electrical repair and installation services on facility plumbing electrical systems owned by the City of Laramie. In consideration of the matters described above, and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Contract, the parties agree as follows:

Purpose of Amendment. This Amendment shall constitute the second third amendment to the Original Agreement between City and Contractor which was duly executed on the 5th 7th day of April 2016 March 2017 for contractor to provide professional plumbing repair preventive maintenance and installation services service on facility plumbing systems Standby Power equipment owned by the City of Laramie. In consideration of the matters described above, and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Contract, the parties agree as follows:

Purpose of Amendment. This Amendment shall constitute the second amendment to the Original Agreement between City and Contractor which was duly executed on the 5th 7th day of April 2016 February 2017 for contractor to provide professional plumbing repair preventive maintenance and installation services service on facility plumbing systems fire alarm and suppression equipment owned by the City of Laramie. In consideration of the matters described above, and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Contract, the parties agree as follows:

This Amendment shall constitute the second amendment to the Original Agreement between City and Contractor which was duly executed on the 5th 3rd day of April 2016 June 2014 for contractor to provide professional plumbing electrical repair and installation services on facility plumbing electrical systems owned by the City of Laramie.
