Common use of Purpose of Amendment Clause in Contracts

Purpose of Amendment. This Amendment shall constitute the third amendment to the Original Agreement between City and Contractor which was duly executed on the 7th day of March 2017 for contractor to provide professional preventive maintenance and service on facility Standby Power equipment owned by the City of Laramie. In consideration of the matters described above, and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Contract, the parties agree as follows:

Purpose of Amendment. This Amendment shall constitute the third first amendment to the Original Agreement between City and Contractor which was duly executed on the 7th 3rd day of March 2017 June, 2014 for contractor to provide professional preventive maintenance electrical repair and service installation services on facility Standby Power equipment electrical systems owned by the City of Laramie. In consideration of the matters described above, and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Contract, the parties agree as follows:

Purpose of Amendment. This Amendment shall constitute the third second amendment to the Original Agreement between City and Contractor which was duly executed on the 7th 3rd day of March 2017 June 2014 for contractor to provide professional preventive maintenance electrical repair and service installation services on facility Standby Power equipment electrical systems owned by the City of Laramie. In consideration of the matters described above, and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Contract, the parties agree as follows:

Purpose of Amendment. This Amendment shall constitute the third second amendment to the Original Agreement between City and Contractor which was duly executed on the 7th day of March February 2017 for contractor to provide professional preventive maintenance and service on facility Standby Power fire alarm and suppression equipment owned by the City of Laramie. In consideration of the matters described above, and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Contract, the parties agree as follows:

Purpose of Amendment. This Amendment shall constitute the third second amendment to the Original Agreement between City and Contractor which was duly executed on the 7th 5th day of March 2017 April 2016 for contractor to provide professional preventive maintenance plumbing repair and service installation services on facility Standby Power equipment plumbing systems owned by the City of Laramie. In consideration of the matters described above, and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Contract, the parties agree as follows:

Purpose of Amendment. This Amendment shall constitute the third second amendment to the Original Agreement between City and Contractor which was duly executed on the 7th day of March 2017 for contractor to provide professional preventive maintenance and service on facility Standby Power equipment owned by the City of Laramie.
