Common use of Purpose of Contract Clause in Contracts

Purpose of Contract. 2.1 The Provider confirms that it has the relevant expertise and experience required to deliver the Services. 2.2 In reliance on that expertise, the Commissioner wishes to appoint the Provider to provide the Services to it in accordance with this Contract to support the Commissioner’s furtherance of its charitable objects (including through public dissemination and, subject to the provisions of Schedule 5 in this respect, applicable commercial exploitation).
