The purpose of this DPA is to describe the duties and responsibilities to protect Student Data (as defined in Exhibit “C”) transmitted to Provider from the LEA pursuant to Exhibit “A”, including compliance with all applicable state privacy statutes, including the FERPA, PPRA, COPPA, IDEA, SOPIPA, RSA 189:1-e and 189:65 through 69; RSA 186-C; NH Admin.
