Common use of Purposes Clause in Contracts

Purposes. The Company has been formed for the purposes of (a) acquiring, selling, investing in, holding, owning, leasing, managing, operating, granting mortgages on and security interests in, and acquiring and making loans secured by, real property and personal property and all rights and interests in any manner appertaining or incidental thereto, and (b) engaging in any lawful business, action or activity in which a limited liability company organized formed pursuant to the Act may engage.

The Company has been is formed for the purposes purpose of (a) acquiring, sellingdirectly or through Persons in which the Company invests equity or debt, investing franchises to operate, and to own, invest in, holdingdesign, owningconstruct, leasingmaintain, managingmanage and operate, operatingexchange and dispose of, granting mortgages on and security interests inone or more Systems or entities providing telecommunications services, and acquiring and making loans secured by, real property and personal property and to do all rights and interests in any manner appertaining or things reasonably incidental thereto, including borrowing and (b) engaging in any lawful businesslending money and securing such borrowings by mortgage, action pledge, or activity in which a limited liability company organized formed pursuant to the Act may engageother lien, and leasing or disposing of Systems or entities providing telecommunications services.

Purposes. The purposes for which the Company has been formed for are: (i) to directly or through one or more of its subsidiaries, hold, manage, finance or refinance and dispose of the purposes investment of the Company in the Property Owner; and (aii) acquiring, selling, investing in, holding, owning, leasing, managing, operating, granting mortgages on and security interests in, and acquiring and making loans secured by, real property and personal property and all rights and interests to engage in any manner appertaining other lawful business or incidental theretopurpose from time to time determined by the Mutual Consent of the Members; (iii) to engage in all activities necessary, customary, convenient or incident to any of the foregoing, including without limitation, conducting all operations of the Company and (b) engaging in any lawful business, action or activity in which a limited liability company organized formed pursuant to the Act may engageits Subsidiaries.
