Common use of Pursuant to M Clause in Contracts

Pursuant to M. S. 43A.27, Subdivision 3a(1), a supervisor who separates or retires from State service and who, at the time of separation has five (5) or more years of allowable pension service and is entitled to immediately receive an annuity under a State retirement program and, who is not eligible for regular (non-disability) Medicare coverage, may continue to participate in the health and dental coverages offered through the Group Insurance Program.

Pursuant to M. S. 43A.27, Subdivision 3a(1), a supervisor an employee who separates or retires from State service and who, at the time of separation has five (5) or more years of allowable pension service and is entitled to immediately receive an annuity under a State retirement program and, who is not eligible for regular (non-disability) Medicare coverage, may continue to participate in the health and dental coverages offered through the Group Insurance Program.

Pursuant to M. S. 43A.27, Subdivision 3a(1), a supervisor nurse who separates or retires from State service and who, at the time of separation has five (5) or more years of allowable pension service and is entitled to immediately receive an annuity under a State retirement program and, who is not eligible for regular (non-disability) Medicare coverage, may continue to participate in the health and dental coverages offered through the Group Insurance Program.

Pursuant to M. S. 43A.27, Subdivision 3a(1), a supervisor faculty member who separates or retires from State service service, and who, at the time of separation has five (5) or more years of allowable pension service service, and is entitled to immediately receive an annuity under a State retirement program andor is immediately eligible to receive a retirement benefit under Chapter 354B, and who is not eligible for regular (non-disability) Medicare coverage, may continue to participate in the health and dental coverages offered through the Group Insurance ProgramProgram at his/her own expense.

Pursuant to M. S. 43A.27, Subdivision 3a(1), a supervisor faculty member who separates or retires from State service service, and who, at the time of separation has five (5) or more years of allowable pension service service, and is entitled to immediately receive an annuity under a State retirement program andor is immediately eligible to receive a retirement benefit under Chapter 354B, and who is not eligible for regular (non-disability) Medicare coverage, may continue to participate in the health and dental coverages offered through the Group Insurance ProgramProgram at his/her own expense.

S. 43A.27, Subdivision 3a(1), a supervisor 5 nurse who separates or retires from State service and who, at the time of separation has five (5) or 6 more years of allowable pension service and is entitled to immediately receive an annuity 7 under a State retirement program and, who is not eligible for regular (non-disability) 8 Medicare coverage, may continue to participate in the health and dental coverages offered 9 through the Group Insurance Program.
