Sole Paragraph The Concessionaire will not be entitled to any kind of exclusivity; neither will it be able to claim any rights as to the admission of new providers of the same service, in the public or private regimen.
PARAGRAPH TWO The amount determined in accordance with the provisions of item I, clause “b” or item II shall be payable quarterly, on the fifteenth (15th) day of February, May, August, and November of each year, during the period between November 15, 2014 and February 15, 2017, and monthly, beginning on and including March 15, 2017, together with the principal amount repayment installments, and at the maturity or settlement of this Agreement, subject to the provisions of Section Eighteen. Additional Terms and Conditions Applicable to Subletting The following terms and conditions shall apply to any subletting by Lessee of all or any part of the Premises and shall be deemed included in all subleases under this Lease whether or not expressly incorporated therein:
FIRST PARAGRAPH The first paragraph to the ICE Trade Vault Agreement shall be amended by adding the following before the last sentence: “Participant is the Third Party Reporter for each of the entities listed in Exhibit 1 to this Annex F (as amended from time to time pursuant to Section 3(m) below), each of which is a “Client” of the Third Party Reporter.”
Pursuant to Section 4 01, any amounts collected by a Servicer or the Master Servicer under any insurance policies (other than amounts to be applied to the restoration or repair of the property subject to the related Mortgage or released to the Mortgagor in accordance with the related Servicing Agreement) shall be deposited into the Distribution Account, subject to withdrawal pursuant to Section 4.03. Any cost incurred by the Master Servicer or the related Servicer in maintaining any such insurance (if the Mortgagor defaults in its obligation to do so) shall be added to the amount owing under the Mortgage Loan where the terms of the Mortgage Loan so permit; provided, however, that the addition of any such cost shall not be taken into account for purposes of calculating the distributions to be made to Certificateholders and shall be recoverable by the Master Servicer or such Servicer pursuant to Sections 4.01 and 4.03.
