Further, the Board agrees that it will not directly or indirectly encourage or discourage, deprive or coerce any teacher in the enjoyment of any of the rights covered by Michigan Public Employment Relations Act, as amended, or other laws of the State of Michigan or the Constitutions of the State of Michigan or the United States; that it will not discriminate against any teacher with respect to hours, wages, terms or conditions of employment by reason of his membership or non-membership in the Association, his participation or refraining from participation in any lawful activities of the Association or in collective professional negotiations with the Board of Education or of his institution of any grievance pursuant to this Agreement or any proceeding pursuant to law.
