Common use of PWRF’s Responsibility Clause in Contracts

PWRF’s Responsibility. The procuring of the policies of insurance required by this Agreement shall not be construed to limit PWRF’s liability hereunder. Notwithstanding said insurance, but subject to Section 5.7.5 above, PWRF shall be obligated for the full and total amount of any damage, injury or loss caused by negligence of PWRF, or any of its agents, officers and employees or through use or occupancy of the Premises.
