Common use of QI Goal Improvement Cycle Clause in Contracts

QI Goal Improvement Cycle. The QI Goal measurement cycle typically includes a planning/baseline period and up to 2 remeasurement cycles to allow for tracking of improvement gains. For each QI Goal cycle, EOHHS will establish a series of QI goal domains as well as approve and/or designate measurement and quality improvement activities for each of those domains. The following paragraphs outline the planning/baseline period for QI Goal Cycle 2. ACOs are expected to collect and report on each QI domain as specified or approved by EOHHS.
