Qualification Letter. Within thirty (30) calendar days of Seller’s acceptance of this Agreement, Buyer must submit to Seller a Qualification Letter, in form and content acceptable to Seller (in Seller’s sole discretion), issued by Qualification Agent.

Qualification Letter.
