Common use of Qualification of Contractors Clause in Contracts

Qualification of Contractors. Once the Final Plans have been proposed and approved, Tenant shall select and retain a contractor and subcontractors from a list of contractors and subcontractors approved by Landlord for the construction of the Tenant Improvement Work in accordance with the Final Plans. All contractors engaged by Xxxxxx shall be bondable, licensed contractors, possessing good labor relations, capable of performing quality workmanship and working in harmony with Xxxxxxxx’ s general contractor and other contractors on the job, if any, all as determined by Landlord. All work shall be coordinated with general construction work on the Premises Land, if any.

All contractors engaged by Xxxxxx Tenant shall be bondable, licensed contractors, possessing good labor relations, capable of performing quality workmanship and working in harmony with Xxxxxxxx’ Landlord' s general contractor and other contractors on the job, if any, all as determined by Landlord. All work shall be coordinated with general construction work on the Premises LandSite, if any.
