Common use of QUALIFICATION OF TENDERERS Clause in Contracts

QUALIFICATION OF TENDERERS. i) Only tenderers who have previous experience in the work of the nature and description detailed in the Notice Inviting Tender and/or tender specification are expected to quote for this work duly detailing their experience along with offer. ii) Offers from tenderers who do not have proven and established experience in the field shall not be considered iii) Offers from tenderers who are under suspension (banned) by any Unit/Region/Division of BHEL shall not be considered. iv) Offers from tenderers who do not comply with the latest guidelines of Ministry/Commissions of Govt. of India shall not be considered.
