Common use of Qualifications of Stewards Clause in Contracts

Qualifications of Stewards. All Stewards must be Employees of the Employer who have acquired seniority and each Xxxxxxx must be employed on the shift they represent and can only act on grievances pertaining to the Employees of that shift.
