Common use of Qualifications of Workmen Clause in Contracts

This Contract will be awarded to a contractor whose primary business is Fire Alarm System maintenance, repair, installation and service of equipment of the magnitude as covered under this Contract, and who has employees regularly under his employ who perform all required mechanical/electrical maintenance service and repair functions as required.
