Qualified Decommissioning Funds. At the DLC Nuclear Closing Date, DLC shall, in respect of any amounts for which an IRS private letter ruling pursuant to paragraphs (i), (ii) or (iii) has not been received, transfer an additional decommissioning payment to CEIC as follows:
