Quality Agreement (QAG). The Parties shall agree upon and finalize a Quality Agreement in good faith within a reasonable period time after each PSA Effective Date which shall cover such PSA. No Manufacturing of Products for human use shall be conducted without an agreed upon, applicable QAG.Clinical Products and Commercial Products shall have separate QAGs.
