Core Team. As used herein, “Core Team” shall comprise QTX and STRATEC personnel that have individually been named by QTX and STRATEC for the purposes of communicating with each other regarding the development activities to be performed hereunder and also has the right to change Project Parameters within a contractually predefined framework. The Core Team members are listed in Exhibit 2.

Core Team. The Core Team shall meet by audio or video teleconference as agreed by the Core Team. Any member of the Core Team may designate a substitute to attend and perform the functions of that member at any meeting of the Core Team and each Party may, in its reasonable discretion, invite non-member representatives of such Party to attend such meetings with advance notice to the other Party.
Core Team. (a) Each member of the core team shall: 1. Be an employee or volunteer of the hospice; 2. Participate in developing and revising written patient care policies and procedures; 3. Participate in the development, review and updating of a patient’s plan of care; and 4. Actively participate in the hospice’s quality assurance pro- gram. (b) With respect to services provided to a patient, each core team member shall: 1. Assess patient and family needs as directed by the care coordinator; 2. Promptly notify the care coordinator of any change in patient status that suggests a need to update the plan of care ; 3. Provide services consistent with the patient plan of care; and 4. Provide education and counseling to the patient and, as nec- xxxxxx, to the patient’s family, consistent with the plan of care.
Core Team. The TRW employees and contractors that TRW and WI have agreed will initially be assigned to the Program Office.
Core Team. Siemens will form a core team according to the Siemens Product Development Process, and will appoint a core team leader. The core team will contain representatives from UBI and from all relevant Siemens’ departments and functions. The core team shall oversee the design, development, testing, regulatory submissions, and commercialization of each of the Products. Siemens’ core team leader and other representatives shall give good faith consideration to UBI’s suggestions and input. For the avoidance of doubt, none of Siemens, the core team, and the core team leader shall have any power: (a) to modify or amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any Annex hereto; (b) to require UBI to perform tasks inconsistent with the initial Development Plan, or, if applicable, the version of the Development Plan that has most recently been approved by both Parties in writing; or (c) to determine any issue in a manner that would conflict with the express terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Core Team. No resource mentioned under core team would be allowed to be replaced before 1 Year, unless the person has resigned from the firm or met with circumstances outside the reasonable control of the firm including but not limited to death or medical incapacity. In such case, suitable replacement has to be provided within 15 days of his/ her resignation or any other reason. In case of any negligence, bidder would be levied penalty of INR 2,50,000 per core/ key resources per month in proportionate to the absence of the resource. Resignation from the deployed team member should be immediately reported to the client (copy of resignation letter should be submitted to the client within 10 days of resignation of the resource).

Core Team a. The CORE TEAM includes representatives from the Xxxxx Xxxxx Center/PUC,the West Bank Community Coalition, the Riverside Plaza Tenants Association, the African Development Center, the West Bank Business Association,Fairview Health Services, the University of Minnesota,Augsburg College, the Minneapolis Youth Coordinating Board Youth Collaborative, the Cedar Riverside Neighborhood Revitalization Program, and other community partners; b. The CORE TEAM will continue to serve as an advisory committee for the Opportunity Center to provide advice and counsel for the launch and effective implementation of programming at the Opportunity Center; c. The CORE TEAM will meet at least quarterly with representatives from a Youth Advisory Committee organized by the Youth Collaborative and the West Bank Community Coalition working in partnership; the Youth Advisory Committee will meet at least quarterly; d. E ach of the ANCHOR AGENCIES commits to sending one or more representatives to a meeting with the CORE TEAM and members of the Youth Advisory Committee to review progress and discuss the Opportunity Center programming and operations at least quarterly during 2017; e. The Community Partners within the CORE TEAM will work with the CORE TEAM to provide services within the following focus areas: i. Publicizing the programming, events, and activities of the Opportunity Center; ii. Recruiting community members into the Opportunity Center; iii. Advising on effective community engagement with the Opportunity Center.
Core Team. Objective: Provide single point of interface and accountability between program implementation efforts for the TFC’s Texas Border (TBP) Program Team. Provide strong leadership to manage financial and quality expectations while meeting the schedule. Manage the program resources in accordance with funding flows obligated by TFC and assist TFC in responding to, and planning for changing scenarios.
Core Team. (a) The Proponent acknowledges and agrees that: (1) the Project Owner has nominated the Core Team to: (A) co-ordinate and administer the AD Phase up to the execution of the Project Alliance Agreement with the Successful Proponent; (B) provide documents and information to the Proponent to assist it in performing the Services; (C) participate in the various activities to be performed in the AD Phase as set out in Schedule 3; and (D) provide feedback to the Project Owner to assist in the consideration and evaluation of the Project Proposal under clause 11.1; and (2) while the Core Team will co-operate with and assist the Proponent to perform the Services, the Core Team will simultaneously be co- operating with and assisting the Other Proponent to provide its Services under its Alliance Development Agreement. (b) The Proponent releases the Project Owner from any loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with: (1) any co-operation or assistance provided, or any failure to provide any co-operation or assistance, by the Project Owner or the Core Team to the Proponent under this Agreement; (2) any co-operation or assistance provided, or any failure to provide any co-operation or assistance, by the Project Owner or the Core Team to the Other Proponent under its Alliance Development Agreement. (c) The members of the Core Team will initially be as set out in Schedule 7. The Project Owner may change the members of the Core Team ay any time during the AD Phase by notifying the Proponent in writing.
