Quality Assistance Sample Clauses

Quality Assistance. Manager shall provide support for the development of Practice’s overall peer review, quality assurance, coding education and compliance programs. Manager may share utilization review data, quality assurance data, cost data, outcomes data, and other data of Practice with third party payors for the purpose of obtaining or maintaining third party payor contracts, with financial analysts and underwriters and with other unrelated parties; provided that any disclosure outside of Manager for any purpose unrelated to third party payor contracting shall not identify any patient or Physician by name without Practice’s consent. In addition, Manager may aggregate Practice data with similar data from similar operations owned or managed by Manager and its Affiliates and may share and use such aggregated data for any purpose so long as such data does not identify any patient or Physician by name.

Manager, subject to compliance with HIPAA rules, may share utilization review data, quality assurance data, cost data, outcomes data, and other data of Practice with third party payors for the purpose of obtaining (at Practice’s approval) or maintaining third party payor contracts, with financial analysts and underwriters and with other unrelated parties; provided that any disclosure outside of Manager for any purpose unrelated to third party payor contracting shall be in full compliance with HIPAA rules and restrictions and not identify any patient or Physician by name or otherwise without Practice’s consent. In addition, Manager, subject to compliance with HIPAA rules, may aggregate Practice data with similar data from similar operations owned or managed by Manager and its Affiliates and may share and use such aggregated data for any purpose so long as such data does not identify any patient or Physician by name or otherwise. Manager’s use and disclosure of Practice’s protected health information, as defined by the HIPAA rules, shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Business Associate Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Related to Quality Assistance

  • Quality Assurance The parties endorse the underlying principles of the Company’s Quality Management System, which seeks to ensure that its services are provided in a manner which best conforms to the requirements of the contract with its customer. This requires the Company to establish and maintain, implement, train and continuously improve its procedures and processes, and the employees to follow the procedures, document their compliance and participate in the improvement process. In particular, this will require employees to regularly and reliably fill out documentation and checklists to signify that work has been carried out in accordance with the customer’s specific requirements. Where necessary, training will be provided in these activities.

  • Technical Assistance DFPS may provide informal support, guidance, clarification, and other forms of technical assistance via phone, email, and virtual meeting to resolve Grant or performance compliance issues. Grantee will document all such instances of technical assistance by DFPS in writing, including any implementation work.

  • Regulatory Assistance WuXi Biologics will provide assistance to Licensee, and any sublicensee, in respect of Licensee’s or such sublicensee’s regulatory filing activities for the Client Product and/or Drug Product, at Licensee’s or such sublicensee’s reasonable cost and expense on [***] rate.

  • Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Consulting Teachers (CT) will be assigned to all new teachers with no prior teaching experience and tenured teachers rated ineffective on the qualitative measures at the end of the previous school year and recommended by the PAR Panel.   • Quality Assurance Program An employee shall be entitled to leave of absence without loss of earnings from her or his regularly scheduled working hours for the purpose of writing examinations required by the College of Nurses of Ontario arising out of the Quality Assurance Program.
