Common use of Quality Assurance Procedures Clause in Contracts

Quality Assurance Procedures. Contractor shall ensure that persons providing client representation under this contract meet the standards of representation set forth in Section 7.1.1 of this contract. In doing so, Contractor should establish and implement, as appropriate for contractor’s entity structure, quality assurance procedures consistent with the practices recommended in the Office of Public Defense Services Best Practices for Oregon Public Defense Providers (2010).
