Common use of Quality Assurance Clause in Contracts

Quality Assurance. Subject to Article II, Administrator shall assist the Group in fulfilling its obligations to its patients to maintain a high quality of medical and professional services. Any expenses that are related to the overall maintenance of Administrator's quality assurance program shall be included in Administrator Expenses; provided, however, that any expenses related to such program that are incurred for services provided solely for the direct benefit of the Practice shall be included in Practice Expenses.

Any expenses that are related to the overall maintenance of Administrator's quality assurance program shall be included in Administrator Expenses; provided, however, that any expenses related to such program that are incurred for services provided solely for the direct benefit of the Practice Group shall be included in Practice Expensesconsidered a Professional Expense.

Any expenses that are related to the overall maintenance of Administrator's quality assurance program shall be included in Administrator Expenses; provided, however, that any expenses related to such program that are incurred for services provided solely for the direct benefit of the Practice Clinic shall be included in Practice Clinic Expenses.
