Common use of Quality Assurance Clause in Contracts

Quality Assurance. Sub-recipient shall use its best efforts to ensure that all data and test results, regardless of the source of such data and test results, developed or collected during this PFA and included, or relied upon, in the Final Report, are verified and accurate to the best of its knowledge, information, and belief.
