Quality Control And Testing. The DB shall develop and implement a quality management program to insure quality construction. The DB shall coordinate all tests and inspections required by the Construction Documents, and the DB shall arrange for tests and inspections to be conducted as necessary to avoid any interference with the progress of Work. No claims for extension of time or extra costs will be allowed on account of any testing, retesting, inspection, re-inspection, or rejection of Work when defective or deficient Work is found.
