Quality of Ordering and Provisioning. 1.1 BellSouth shall provide ordering and provisioning services to Network Telephone that are equal to the ordering and provisioning services BellSouth provides to itself or any other CLEC, where technically feasible. Detailed guidelines for ordering and provisioning are set forth in BellSouth’s Local Interconnection and Facility Based Ordering Guide and Resale Ordering Guide, as appropriate, and as they are amended from time to time during this Agreement.

Related to Quality of Ordering and Provisioning

  • Quality of Work Consultant agrees that all Services performed under this Agreement will conform to the specifications of the College, be free from errors, and be of professional quality according to applicable industry standards. Upon notice by the College, Consultant will promptly correct any defects without charge to the College unless the request is considered new work by both parties.

  • Quality Agreement Concurrently with execution of this Agreement, the Parties will enter into an agreement that details the quality assurance obligations of each Party with respect to the Manufacture and supply of Supplied Products under this Agreement (the “Quality Agreement”). Each Party shall perform its obligations under the Quality Agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions thereof. In the event of a conflict between the terms of the Quality Agreement and the terms of this Agreement, the provisions of the Quality Agreement shall govern.

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Commissioning Commissioning tests of the Interconnection Customer's installed equipment shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards. If the Interconnection Customer is not proceeding under Section 2.3.2, the Utility must be given at least ten (10) Business Days written notice, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties, of the tests and may be present to witness the commissioning tests.
