Provisioning Services definition

Provisioning Services shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the ORBCOMM Gateway Software License Agreement.
Provisioning Services means any services associated with account activation, including administrative account setup, order management and placement, technical support services as described in this Section, and any other services required to administer Customer’s account as Google may require. 2. Customer also agrees that Google may use such contact details to inform Customer about new or additional Google products related to the Services, provided that Google will take reasonable steps to allow Customer to opt out of receiving such Google product communications at any time as described in Google’s Privacy Policy. 3. Consents. Section 2.3 of the G Suite Customer Agreement and the Google Apps for Work Customer Agreement is amended and restated in its entirety, a new Section 2.7 is added the Google Apps for Business Customer Agreement, and a new Section 2.5 is added to the Google Apps Premier Customer Agreement, as follows: Consents. Customer is responsible for providing the necessary notices to, and obtaining and maintaining any consents required from, End Users to allow SADA and Google to perform their respective contractual obligations under this Agreement and the Google Terms of Service, as applicable, with respect to Customer. 4. Provisioning Services means the following services to be provided by Netpremacy in connection with the Google Products (as applicable): (i) Customer account activation and management services, including administrative account set up and processing initial orders and collection of associated payments and fees; (ii) managing additional Customer orders and renewals and collection of associated payments and fees; (iii) Technical Support Services (if ordered by the Customer); and (iv) any other services required to administer and manage the Customer's account from time to time.

Related to Provisioning Services
