Quality of specimens. The test specimens shall have the compressive strength specified for each quality of cement at the appropriate age as given herein. If the required strength is not obtained at 28 days, the Contractor will be required to cut out and reconstruct all work represented by the test specimen at his own expense with all dispatch, always provided that the Engineer may first permit further tests, at the Contractor‟s expense, to prove the quality of he deposited concrete. In the case of seven day works cube tests proving unsatisfactory, the work may be stopped, but shall not be liable to rejection until the result of the twenty eight day test is known. In the event of the results of the twenty eight day works Cube Tests proving unsatisfactory, the work represented shall be immediately liable to rejection. The contractor may, however, be given the option of cutting three specimens from the completed work subject to the direction of the engineer, and preparing there from test cubes or cores which shall be sent to the Testing Laboratory for testing as for works cube tests Should the average strength of these specimens attain the specified minimum twenty eight day strength, the work will, subject to the Engineer‟s discretion, be accepted.   • Quality of Materials and Workmanship The Contractor shall ensure that the Construction, Materials and workmanship are in accordance with the requirements specified in this Agreement, Specifications and Standards and Good Industry Practice.

  • DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.

  • Billing Specifications 55.6.1 The Parties agree that billing requirements and outputs will be consistent with the Ordering & Billing Form (OBF) and also with Telcordia Technologies Billing Output Specifications (BOS).
