Day works. 6.7.1 If applicable, the Day work rates in the Service Provider's Tender shall be used for small additional amounts of Services only when the Procuring Entity has given written instructions in advance for additional services to be paid in that way. 6.7.2 All work to be paid for as Day works shall be recorded by the Service Provider on forms approved by the Procuring Entity. Each completed form shall be verified and signed by the Procuring Entity representative as indicated in Sub-Clause1.6 within two days of the Services being performed. 6.7.3 The Service Provider shall be paid for Day works subject to obtaining signed Xxx works forms as indicated in Sub-Clause6.7.2

Each completed form shall be verified and signed by the Project Manager within two days of the work being done. 56.3 The Contractor shall be paid for Day works subject to obtaining signed Day works forms.

Day works a. Total may direct the Sub-Contractor to carry out a Variation (or part thereof) as day works. b. The Sub-Contractor must record for each day it has worked on the Variation all resources and present that record to Total for signing the next day (as a precondition to payment). c. Unless the subject of a direction pursuant to clause 11.1 that the Day Works are a Variation to the Sub-Contract, the signing of Day Work dockets are for record purposes only and entitlement to a variation will be assessed in accordance with the Sub-Contract.
Day works. Day-work will be carried out at the rates stated in the Quote or as otherwise authorised and agreed between Advantex and the Customer before commencement. Charges for day-work will include labour, plant, materials, establishment charges and expenses including travelling time. The records for day-work will be provided on standard day-work record forms and will be submitted to the Customer on request not later than 15 days following the day on which day- works have been carried out.

  • Personnel Equipment and Material Engineer shall furnish and maintain, at its own expense, quarters for the performance of all Engineering Services, and adequate and sufficient personnel and equipment to perform the Engineering Services as required. All employees of Engineer shall have such knowledge and experience as will enable them to perform the duties assigned to them. Any employee of Engineer who, in the reasonable opinion of County, is incompetent or whose conduct becomes detrimental to the Engineering Services shall immediately be removed from association with the Project when so instructed by County. Engineer certifies that it presently has adequate qualified personnel in its employment for performance of the Engineering Services required under this Contract, or will obtain such personnel from sources other than County. Engineer may not change the Project Manager without prior written consent of County.

  • Holiday Work Employees who work on a holiday shall receive one and one-half (1-1/2) times their straight time regular rate of pay for all hours actually worked on the holiday, plus holiday pay.
