They apply a unique and fresh perspective and are recognized by clients for their ability to solve challenging technical problems quickly with simple and cost effective solutions. SKM provides services for over 100 clients throughout the U.S. and Canada. Aqua Environmental Services, Inc. (AES) is a division of the AQUA Engineering group, which provides operations, start-up, and calibration services to many small public and private sector clients. XXX has developed a loyal base of clients in need of assistance with contract operations, small turnkey projects, facility management projects and systems troubleshooting. With its very low overhead, AES is able to offer services to many clients that would be difficult to provide with in- house staff, or in the case with small systems, with what would be costly full-time employees.

Quality Services. Contractor represents and warrants that any services provided pursuant to this Master Contract shall be merchantable, shall conform to this Master Contract and Purchaser’s Purchase Order, and shall be delivered in full compliance with applicable law. Contractor further represents and warrants the services provided are free of liens and encumbrances and that the same do not infringe any third party patent. Upon breach of warranty, Contractor will repair or replace (at no charge to Purchaser) any goods and/or services whose nonconformance is discovered and made known to the Contractor.   • Quality Service Standards Price Services and the Fund may from time to time agree to certain quality service standards, as well as incentives and penalties with respect to Price Services’ Services hereunder.

  • Infertility Services Freezing, storage and thawing of embryos, sperm, or other tissues, for future use, unless the freezing, storage and thawing is needed due to potential iatrogenic infertility as described in Infertility Services in Section 3. • Reversal of voluntary sterilization or infertility treatment for a person that previously had a voluntary sterilization procedure. • Fees associated with finding an egg or sperm donor, related storage, donor stipend, or shipping charges. • Services related to surrogate parenting, when the surrogate is not a member of this

  • Quality Management Grantee will: 1. comply with quality management requirements as directed by the System Agency. 2. develop and implement a Quality Management Plan (QMP) that conforms with 25 TAC § 448.504 and make the QMP available to System Agency upon request. The QMP must be developed no later than the end of the first quarter of the Contract term. 3. update and revise the QMP each biennium or sooner, if necessary. Xxxxxxx’s governing body will review and approve the initial QMP, within the first quarter of the Contract term, and each updated and revised QMP thereafter. The QMP must describe Xxxxxxx’s methods to measure, assess, and improve - i. Implementation of evidence-based practices, programs and research-based approaches to service delivery; ii. Client/participant satisfaction with the services provided by Xxxxxxx; iii. Service capacity and access to services; iv. Client/participant continuum of care; and v. Accuracy of data reported to the state. 4. participate in continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities as defined and scheduled by the state including, but not limited to data verification, performing self-reviews; submitting self-review results and supporting documentation for the state’s desk reviews; and participating in the state’s onsite or desk reviews. 5. submit plan of improvement or corrective action plan and supporting documentation as requested by System Agency. 6. participate in and actively pursue CQI activities that support performance and outcomes improvement. 7. respond to consultation recommendations by System Agency, which may include, but are not limited to the following: i. Staff training; ii. Self-monitoring activities guided by System Agency, including use of quality management tools to self-identify compliance issues; and iii. Monitoring of performance reports in the System Agency electronic clinical management system.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Manufacturing Services Patheon will perform the Manufacturing Services for Products to be distributed and sold by Client in the Territory for the fees specified in Schedules B and C to the relevant Product Agreement. Schedule B to each Product Agreement sets forth a list of cost items that are included in the Price for Products; all cost items that are not included in this list are excluded from the Price and are subject to additional fees to be paid by Client. Patheon may amend the fees set out in Schedules B and C to a Product Agreement as set forth in Article 4. Patheon will perform the Manufacturing Services solely at the Manufacturing Site, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Client. If the parties agree that Patheon will supply, and Client will purchase, at least a specified minimum percentage of Client’s requirements for a Product under a Product Agreement (the “Required Percentage”), then the applicable Product Agreement will set forth the Required Percentage and the time period during which the obligation will apply (the “Required Period”). But this obligation (if any) will cease to apply to Client with respect to the Product if Patheon fails to remain in material compliance with its obligations under this Agreement or the applicable Product Agreement, or Patheon suspends performance under this Agreement or the applicable Product Agreement in connection with a Force Majeure Event or where Patheon is or will be prevented from supplying the Product as a result of the action of a Regulatory Authority. Subject to its obligation (if any) to purchase the Required Percentage of a Product during the Required Period, Client may, at any time, obtain Product from a third party or may, at any time, qualify a third party to perform Manufacturing Services for the Product. In performing the Manufacturing Services, Patheon and Client agree that:

  • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia.

  • Utility Services Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with its use of all utilities, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, and telecommunication services.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.

  • TRANSPORT SERVICES Upon the conclusion of such multilateral negotiations, the Parties shall conduct a review for the purpose of discussing appropriate amendments to this Agreement so as to incorporate the results of such multilateral negotiations.
