Quantities of Steam. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, from and after the Effective Date and continuing for the balance of the term of this Agreement, Project Company shall provide to Steam Purchaser at the Delivery Point, and Steam Purchaser will receive at the Delivery Point and purchase from Project Company, between not less than 3,790,000 lbs. per month (the “Steam Minimum Quantity”) and not more than 306,000,000 lbs. per year (the “Steam Maximum Quantity”) of Steam; provided, in any hour, Project Company shall not be required to supply to Steam Purchaser an amount of Steam exceeding an average rate of 75,000 lbs. per hour (the “Steam Hourly Maximum”).

  • Packaging Materials and Containers for Retail Sale Packaging materials and containers in which a good is packaged for retail sale shall, if classified with the good, be disregarded in determining whether all the non-originating materials used in the production of the good undergo the applicable change in tariff classification set out in Annex 4, and, if the good is subject to a regional value-content requirement, the value of such packaging materials and containers shall be taken into account as originating or non-originating materials, as the case may be, in calculating the regional value content of the good.

  • Specific Order Processes and Requirements 1. Distributor will order Software from SAP using and filling out completely such forms and minimum order requirements as SAP may prescribe from time to time and must comply with any then-current order process for the specific Software product.
