Common use of Quantity of Gas delivered at a Delivery Station Clause in Contracts

Quantity of Gas delivered at a Delivery Station. Subject to clause 16.7, the Quantity of Gas delivered at a Delivery Station is: (a) if the Delivery Station is equipped with Daily Meter Reading Facilities and Communication Facilities and with on-site Heating Value measurement, for each Day the product of the Heating Value of Gas for that Day and the Volume of Gas (as measured at the Delivery Station on that Day); (b) if the Delivery Station is equipped with Daily Meter Reading Facilities and Communication Facilities but not with on-site Heating Value measurement, for each Day the product of the Declared Heating Value of Gas for that Day and the Volume of Gas (as measured at the Delivery Station on that Day); or
