Right to commingle. Evoenergy has the right to:
(a) commingle the Gas delivered to any Receipt Point with other Gas in the Network; and
(b) deliver Gas in a commingled state to a Delivery Point.
Right to commingle. ActewAGL has the right to:
(a) commingle the Gas delivered to any Receipt Point with other Gas in the Network; and
(b) deliver Gas in a commingled state to a Delivery Point.
Right to commingle. Gatherer has the right to commingle the Dedicated Production received in the System with other shippers’ Gas. It is recognized that Dedicated Production delivered at a Delivery Point may not be the same molecules as those received at a Receipt Point. The quantities of Dedicated Production delivered at a Delivery Point will be Thermally Equivalent to the quantities of Dedicated Production received in accordance with the terms of this Agreement at a Receipt Point, less Shipper’s share of Fuel and Lost Gas, and any applicable reduction pursuant to Section 3.3.3 of this Agreement.

(b) deliver Gas in a commingled state to a Delivery Point.

(a) commingle the Gas delivered to any Receipt Point with other Gas in the Network; and
(b) deliver Gas in a commingled state to a Delivery Point.
Right to commingle. (a) The Service Provider has the right to:
(i) commingle the Gas delivered to any Receipt Point with other Gas in the Network; and
(ii) deliver Gas in a commingled state to the Delivery Point.
(b) The Service Provider will not be liable for, and the User will indemnify and hold the Service Provider harmless from and against, any and all Damages or claims in connection with or arising as a result of the commingling of Gas or delivery of Gas in a commingled state pursuant to clause 9.2(a).
Right to commingle. The Grantor shall have the right to commingle Petroleum Substances produced from the Royalty Lands with Petroleum Substances produced from other lands, provided methods acceptable to the Royalty Owner are used to determine the proper measurement of individual well production. Where governmental regulations or orders require segregated production tests of individual xxxxx at intervals not greater than two months, such tests will be deemed acceptable to the Royalty Owner under this Clause and no further tests will be required.

The Company and the Customer recognize that the gas delivered hereunder will be from a commingled stream of gas and will be carried to the Point(s) of Acceptance through the facilities of one or more Gas Transporter/s. The Company shall have the right to commingle gas delivered to the Company by or for the Customer at the Point(s) of Acceptance with gas owned by the Company or any other Person or Persons, and the Company shall have the right and full and absolute authority to deal in any manner with all gas delivered to it.

The Royalty Payor shall have the right to commingle production from the Royalty Lands with production from other lands, provided methods acceptable to the Royalty Owner are used to determine the proper measurement of individual well production. Right to commingle. From the time Gas is delivered to Transporter at the Receipt Point(s), Transporter shall have the unqualified right to commingle such Gas with other Gas in Transporter's Natural Gas transmission system.
