QUANTITY TAKE-OFFS AND QUANTITY SUMMARIES a) Quantities will be determined and included on summary sheets. The quantities will be included in tables and organized according to the bid item codes that will be used for construction. Quantities should be organized by item per sheet and totaled for the item and the project. Quantity calculations should be organized and easily verified by the FBGPTRA Engineer. Sample calculations should be prepared for each submittal for review by the FBGPTRA Engineer. Calculations should be organized by item, clear and concise, and in an electronic format that can be transmitted via e-mail, if necessary.

QUANTITY TAKE-OFFS AND QUANTITY SUMMARIES. Quantities for construction bid items will be calculated. The quantities will be summarized in tables and organized according to the bid item codes that will be used for construction. A quantity spreadsheet, organized by item per sheet and totaled for the item and the project, will be included with each submittal to FBC. 376 - Construction Cost estimate An estimate of the construction costs will be prepared based on plan quantities in standard Fort Bend County bid format at the final submittal stage of the project. All estimates shall also be submitted in Microsoft Excel format.

  • ESTIMATED SPEND AND QUANTITIES This Contract is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)

  • ESTIMATED QUANTITIES 1.1 The quantities set forth in the line items and specification document are approximate and represent the estimated requirements for the contract period.

  • ESTIMATED / SPECIFIC QUANTITY CONTRACTS Estimated quantity contracts, also referred to as indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity contracts, are expressly agreed and understood to be made for only the quantities, if any, actually ordered during the Contract term.   • Additional Quantities For a period not exceeding ninety (90) days from the date of solicitation award, the Customer reserves the right to acquire additional quantities up to the amount shown on the solicitation but not to exceed the threshold for Category Two at the prices submitted in the response to the solicitation.

  • QUANTITY BASIS OF CONTRACT – NO GUARANTEED QUANTITIES The contract established has no guarantee of any specific quantity and the State is obligated only to buy that quantity which is needed by its agencies.

  • Contract Quantity The Contract Quantity during each Contract Year is the amount set forth in the applicable Contract Year in Section D of the Cover Sheet (“Delivery Term Contract Quantity Schedule”), which amount is inclusive of outages.

  • Contract Quarterly Sales Reports The Contractor shall submit complete Quarterly Sales Reports to the Department’s Contract Manager within 30 calendar days after the close of each State fiscal quarter (the State’s fiscal quarters close on September 30, December 31, March 31, and June 30). Reports must be submitted in MS Excel using the DMS Quarterly Sales Report Format, which can be accessed at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/business_operations/ state_purchasing/vendor_resources/quarterly_sales_report_format. Initiation and submission of the most recent version of the Quarterly Sales Report posted on the DMS website is the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification from the Department’s Contract Manager. If no orders are received during the quarter, the Contractor must email the DMS Contract Manager confirming there was no activity.

  • PAYMENT TERMS/PRE-PAYMENT/QUANTITY DISOUNTS If discounts for accelerated payment, pre-payment, progress payment, or quantity discounts are offered, they must be clearly indicated in the Contractor’s submission prior to contract award. The applicability or acceptance of these terms is at the discretion of the Customer.

  • Prescription Drug Quantity Limits We limit the quantity of certain prescription drugs that you can get at one time for safety, cost-effectiveness and medical appropriateness reasons. Our clinical criteria for quantity limits are subject to our periodic review and modification. Quantity limits may restrict: • the amount of pills dispensed per thirty (30) day period; • the number of prescriptions ordered in a specified time period; or • the number of prescriptions ordered by a provider, or multiple providers. Our formulary indicates which prescription drugs have a quantity limit. Types of Pharmacies Prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies can be bought from the following types of pharmacies: • Retail pharmacies. These dispense prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies. • Mail order pharmacies. These dispense maintenance and non-maintenance prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies. • Specialty pharmacies. These dispense specialty prescription drugs, defined as such on our formulary.
