  • Freight Upon not less than twenty-four hours prior notice to Landlord, which notice may be oral, an elevator will be made available for Tenant's use for transportation of freight, subject to such scheduling as Landlord in its discretion deems appropriate. Landlord reserves the right to prescribe the weight, size and position of all equipment, materials, furniture or other property brought into the Building, and no property will be received in the Building or carried up or down the freight elevator or stairs except during such hours and along such routes and by such persons as may be designated by Landlord. Landlord reserves the right to require that heavy objects will stand on wood strips of such length and thickness as is necessary to properly distribute the weight.
