Quarterly Construction Reports Sample Clauses

Quarterly Construction Reports. ‌ The Certificate Holder shall submit quarterly construction progress reports to EFSEC no later than thirty (30) days after the end of each calendar quarter. Such reports shall describe the status of construction and identify any changes in the construction schedule.
