Quarterly MWBE Contractor Compliance Report. Contractor is required to submit a Quarterly MWBE Contractor Compliance Report (Form PROC- 6) to the Corporation by the 10th day following each end of quarter (i.e., March 31st, June 30th, September 30th, and December 31st) over the term of the Contract documenting the progress made towards achievement of the MWBE goals of the Contract.
