Common use of Quarterly Narrative Progress Reports Clause in Contracts

Quarterly Narrative Progress Reports. Recipients are required to submit a narrative quarterly and final report on grant activities funded under this award. All reports are due no later than 45 calendar days after the end of each specified reporting quarter. Reporting quarter end dates are March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31. 1. The last quarterly progress report that award recipients submit will serve as the grant’s Final Performance Report. This report should provide both quarterly and cumulative information on the grant’s activities. It must summarize project activities, employment outcomes and other deliverables, and related results of the project. 2. The recipient shall use any standard forms and instructions to report on training and employment outcomes and other data relating to the progress reports as provided by XXX. 3.
