Quarterly Review. In mid-September, mid-December and mid-March each Season, the Company may vary the Base Price based on an assessment of the Company's Base Price as compared to the market price in the Southern Australian milk pool. This adjustment will apply to the price to be used for the next quarter only if the adjusted price is higher than the Opening Price.
