Quarterly Review. Beginning with the 2017 fiscal year, Venator shall use its reasonable best efforts to enable Huntsman Auditors to complete their quarterly review procedures on the Quarterly Financial Statements on the same date that Huntsman Auditors complete their quarterly review procedures on Huntsman’s quarterly financial statements.
