QUARTERLY SUBMISSION. The Seller shall submit quarterly the requested government property financial data for all assets, including real property and equipment, special test equipment, special tooling, and agency peculiar property, greater or equal to $100,000 unit acquisition cost, as well as materials and contract work in process of any value, in their possession (including subcontractors), in the format requested, with copies of the supporting data utilized to achieve the reported quantities and values. The Seller shall submit the requested data and supporting documentation to the Buyer's Authorized Procurement Representative, according to the following schedule: For the quarter ending December 31, on or before January 10. For the quarter ending March 31, on or before April 10. For the quarter ending June 30, on or before July 10. For the quarter ending September 30, on or before October 10 submit the Annual Submission described in 45.6 below in lieu of a Quarterly Submission. Unit Prices of submitted data shall be compliant with NASA FAR Supplement 1845.7101-3, and shall be developed using actual costs to the greatest extent possible, especially costs directly related to fabrication such as labor and materials. Where estimates are used, there must be a documented basis. Supporting documentation shall be maintained and available for all amounts reported.

QUARTERLY SUBMISSION. Seller shall have the burden of proving that it has met the requirements for the use of High Hazard Fuel set forth in part (a). To this end, Seller must submit to Buyer a Quarterly Fuel Attestation at the end of each Calendar Quarter in the form of Appendix A (including the Quarterly Fuel Usage Log in the format provided by Buyer) (collectively, the “Quarterly Fuel Attestation”) to this Rider, setting forth, among other things, the specific designated High Hazard Zone(s) from which its High Hazard Fuel was harvested and the percentage of total High Hazard Fuel burned that came from each referenced High Hazard Zone(s). Seller must submit to Buyer’s designated recipient its Quarterly Fuel Attestation with Seller’s invoice for the prior month’s delivery of Product. Each Quarterly Fuel Attestation must be fully complete, not materially modified, and signed by both and officer of the Seller and a Registered Professional Forester (RPF), who shall, by his or her signature, attest to the accuracy of the information set forth in Seller’s Quarterly Fuel Attestation. Seller shall not be required to include in its Quarterly Fuel Attestation the signature and attestation of a RPF, if, prior to the due date for Quarterly Fuel Attestation, the Parties have agreed to an alternative provider of the Quarterly Fuel Attestation or alternative mechanism for Seller to prove it has met the requirement set forth in part (a). Such alternative provider or alternative mechanism for the Quarterly Fuel Attestation shall constitute the Quarterly Fuel Attestation for purposes of this Rider.

  • Quarterly Progress Reports The goal of this task is to periodically verify that satisfactory and continued progress is made towards achieving the objectives of this Agreement on time and within budget. The objectives of this task are to summarize activities performed during the reporting period, to identify activities planned for the next reporting period, to identify issues that may affect performance and expenditures, and to form the basis for determining whether invoices are consistent with work performed. • Prepare a Quarterly Progress Report which summarizes all Agreement activities conducted by the Recipient for the reporting period, including an assessment of the ability to complete the Agreement within the current budget and any anticipated cost overruns. Progress reports are due to the CAM the 10th day of each January, April, July, and October.   • Quarterly Sales Reports The Contractor shall submit a completed Quarterly Sales Report electronically, in the required format, to the Department’s Contract Manager within thirty (30) calendar days after close of each quarter. The State’s fiscal quarters close on September 30, December 31, March 31, and June 30. The quarterly sales report can be found here: xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/business_operations/state_purchasing/vendor_resources/quart erly_sales_report_format. The Contract Quarterly Sales Report will include all sales and orders associated with this Contract from Customers received during the reporting period. Initiation and submission of the Sales Report is the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification from the DMS Contract Manager. Failure to provide the quarterly sales report will result in the imposition of financial consequences and may result in the Contractor being found in default and the termination of the Contract. Initiation and submission of the quarterly sales report are the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification by the Department. Sales will be reviewed on a quarterly basis. If no sales are recorded during the period, the Contractor must submit a report stating that there was no activity. If no sales are recorded in two consecutive quarters, the Contractor may be placed in probationary status or the Department may terminate the Contract. Quarter 1 – (July-September) – due 30 calendar days after the close of the period Quarter 2 – (October-December) – due 30 calendar days after the close of the period Quarter 3 – (January-March) – due 30 calendar days after the close of the period Quarter 4 – (April-June) due 30 calendar days after the close of the period Exceptions may be made if a delay in submitting reports is attributable to circumstances that are clearly beyond the control of the Contractor. The burden of proof of unavoidable delay shall rest with the Contractor and shall be supplied in a written form and submitted to the Department. The Department reserves the right to request additional sales information as needed.

  • Quarterly Reports Following submission of the initial report, quarterly performance reports until submission of the final report described in the following subparagraph. Reports are due on January 30, April 30, July 30, and October 30.
