Common use of Quarterly Tenure Reports Clause in Contracts

Quarterly Tenure Reports. The tenure committee's quarterly report is a document which is created and placed in the probationer’s file each quarter of the probationer’s tenure review period. A good tenure report is thoughtfully prepared with the full participation of the committee; although it is possible, and even likely, that a written draft will be prepared by the committee chair or another committee member, that draft should be written from notes gathered from the entire committee’s input. In creating the reports, the committee should be mindful of the report’s readership: each report will be presented to the Vice President for Instruction, the President of GHC, the Board of Trustees, and the probationer.
