Quiet Enjoyment; Conveyance by Landlord. As long as no Event of Default by Tenant has occurred, Landlord covenants that subject to the terms and conditions of this Lease, Tenant shall and may peacefully and quietly have, hold, occupy and enjoy the Leased Premises for the entire Term, without hindrance by Landlord or any party claiming under or through Landlord.
