Common use of Quotation of Rates Clause in Contracts

Quotation of Rates. It is hereby acknowledged that an officer or other individual appropriately designated by an officer previously identified to a Managing Agent in a certificate of incumbency or other appropriately designated officer of the Borrower may call such Managing Agent from time to time in order to receive an indication of the rates then in effect, but such indicated rates shall neither be binding upon such Managing Agent nor the Lenders nor affect the rate of interest which thereafter is actually in effect.
