Quoted Rates. You may request an Exchange Rate in advance of an FX Transaction (the “Quoted Rate”) if you have provided Credit Support and entered into the Correspondent Services Agreement for International and Treasury Management Services. If we provide a Quoted Rate to you and you agree to it, the Quoted Rate will apply to that FX Transaction notwithstanding any Posted Rate or other available Exchange Rate.

Quoted Rates. The following specifications apply to all rates quoted in association with these terms and conditions: • Rates are net and non-commissionable. • Prices listed or quoted herein are exclusive of New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) presently 15%. The price shall be increased by the amount of GST and other taxes which may be applicable. • Rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars and all accounts must be settled directly with the hotel in New Zealand dollars. • Rates are based on single, twin or double occupancy, as advised. • Rates do not apply to conferences, conventions or special events for which contracted rates and special terms and conditions are available on request. • Room rates quoted for standard rooms unless otherwise stated. • Specific validity periods will be provided in conjunction with all rate quotations. • Hospitality Services Limited (HSL) reserves the right to increase quoted rates by notice in writing at any time prior to receipt of the 30 days status report. • All accommodation (and meals where appropriate) must be prepaid prior to the guests arrival, unless credit facilities have been established with the hotel.
Quoted Rates. Rates should be quoted as per the Price Bid. Rates quoted in any other form will not be accepted and is liable to be rejected.
