RACE RELATIONS. 1. The Board and the Association oppose and condemn all forms of racism and prejudice. 2. Any written allegation that accuses an employee of racism in the course of performing his/her duties will be investigated by the Superintendent or designate and the results will be reported to the employee and the Association. 3. The Board agrees to involve representatives of the Association in any further development of policy on race relations.
