RACE RELATIONS. 1. The Board and the Local agree that all personnel employed by School District #87 (Stikine) work with students to encourage and create a continuing atmosphere of racial and ethnic harmony both inside and outside the school community. 2. The Board and the Local do not condone and will not tolerate any expressions of racial and/or ethnic bias in any form by the trustees, school district employees or students. Any written allegation of racism shall be investigated by the Superintendent and the results reported to the Board and the person reporting the incident.
