Common use of Radiation Limits Clause in Contracts

Radiation Limits. Should an employee at the Point Lepreau Generating Station exceed CNSC or NB Power radiological limits, it will be necessary to exclude that employee from certain work locations. In such cases, every reasonable effort will be made to provide productive employment at the Station. If a transfer to another location is necessary, every reasonable effort will be made to provide productive employment in the Saint Xxxx area. Where such reassignment takes place, the employee shall suffer no reduction in salary for the duration of this agreement. The above noted provisions do not apply:
