Other Fires on Sale Area Forest Service shall pay Purchaser, at fire fighting rates common in the area or at prior agreed rates, for equipment or personnel furnished by Purchaser pursuant to B7.3, or otherwise at the request of Forest Service, on any fire on Sale Area other than an Operations Fire or a Negligent Fire. B7.5 State Law.
