Random Inspections. The Tribe shall allow the SGA to inspect any components of the Tribal Lottery System for the purposes of confirming that such component is operating in accordance with the requirements of this compact and that such component is identical to that tested by an Independent Test Laboratory. Inspections shall be pursuant to the Facility access rules set forth in the Compact.
