Rate Re-determinations Sample Clauses
Rate Re-determinations. In the event the Borrower elects to extend the maturity of all or any portion of the outstanding principal amount of any Advance, as provided in paragraph 15 of the Bond, or to refinance all or any portion of the outstanding principal amount of any Advance, as provided in paragraph 17 of the Bond, then the rate of interest applicable to the outstanding principal amount of such Advance shall be re-determined by FFB in accordance with the terms of paragraph 15 or 17 of the Bond, as the case may be.
Rate Re-determinations. In the event the Borrower elects to extend the maturity of all or any portion of the outstanding principal amount of any Advance for Note No. 1, as provided in paragraph 14 of Note No. 1, then the rate of interest applicable to the outstanding principal amount of such Advance shall be re-determined by FFB in accordance with the terms of paragraph 14 of Note No. 1.
