Common use of RATE SCHEDULE Clause in Contracts

RATE SCHEDULE. The Company agrees to pay all persons covered by the terms of this Agreement, not less than the attached schedule of wages during such time as the Agreement is in force and provided that, if an employee is receiving a wage rate in excess of the rates herein contained, such wage rate shall not be reduced by reason of the signing of the Agreement. The parties agree that Appendix “A” does not prevent the implementation of additional premiums or other incentives as determined by the Company from time to time. The Union will be provided with at least two (2) weeks notice prior to the implementation of additional premiums or other incentives.
