RATES AND CONDITIONS. 1. All arranging, orchestrating of music, whether instrumental or vocal, done within the territorial jurisdiction of the CFM at the request of the NFB, its employees or agents shall be done by members and shall be paid for at not less than the applicable fees set out in the following schedule, for the first use only by the NFB of any such arrangements.
